The Pharmacy Hub provides software and fulfillment infrastructure connecting providers, telehealth brands, pharmacies, and logistics partners. We provide software and operational services. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and nothing in the services is a substitute for the judgment of a licensed clinician.

You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your account credentials secure, and to use the services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable healthcare, privacy, and communications laws. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

By providing an email address or mobile number you agree that we may contact you about your account, your orders, and your care, using the contact details you provided.

Text message communications are governed by the SMS Terms, which form part of these Terms. In summary: we send transactional healthcare notifications only and never marketing messages, and consent is collected in person at registration and recorded in your patient record. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Reply STOP at any time to stop messages, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of receiving care or of purchasing any product or service.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented, or shared with any third party for marketing.

The website, the services, and all associated software, content, and trademarks are owned by The Pharmacy Hub LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of them except as expressly permitted.

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Pharmacy Hub LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the services.

We may suspend or terminate access to the services at any time where required to protect the services, our users, or to comply with law. You may stop using the services at any time.
